Savory Meatballs With Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 c bread crumbs
• 18 tsp pepper
• 13 c evaporated milk
• 12 c pork sausage
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
• 12 c water
• 10 oz cream of celery soup
• 1 c evaporated milk

Directions

1. Combine the first 7 ingredients and shape into balls
2. Brown cover and cook for 10 minutes
3. Set aside
4. In a 2 12-quart casserole add the remaining ingredients
5. Heat until steaming Add meatballs and top with biscuits
6. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes
