Savory Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb beef round steak
- 14 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 14 c hot shortening
- 8 oz can tomatoes
- 1 34 c water
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp beef bouillon
- 1 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 large green peppers
Directions
- Cut round steak into 12-inch strips
- Coat with mixture of flour salt and pepper
- In a large skillet brown strips in shortening
