Savory Pepper Steak

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb beef round steak
• 14 c all-purpose flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 14 c hot shortening
• 8 oz can tomatoes
• 1 34 c water
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 small clove garlic minced
• 1 Tbsp beef bouillon
• 1 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 large green peppers

Directions

1. Cut round steak into 12-inch strips
2. Coat with mixture of flour salt and pepper
3. In a large skillet brown strips in shortening
