Savory Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 center cut pork chops
  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10 oz can beef bouillon
  • 18 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 8 oz box medium egg noodles or 3 c cooked rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown chops in large frying pan drain well
  3. Place in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish
  4. Mix soups and pour over chops
  5. Sprinkle with pepper
  6. Cover with heavy-duty foil and bake for 45 to 50 minutes
  7. Remove foil during last 10 minutes Serve chops with cooked noodles or rice
  8. Serves 6 to 8
  9. Chops may be browned and topped with sauce prior to baking
  10. Refrigerate until ready to bake
  11. Do not add salt
