Savory Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 large potatoes peeled and cubed
• 12 carrot finely diced
• 14 medium onion diced
• 12 stalk celery finely diced
• 2 Tbsp butter or 3 Tbsp Butter Buds
• milk to taste
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cover all ingredients in saucepan with barely enough water to cover top of vegetables
2. Cook 15 minutes until tender
3. Do not add more water but watch to prevent scorching
4. When tender mash with fork only
5. Add milk to make consistency that you like
