Savory Short Ribs
Ingredients
- 6 beef short ribs
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 c diced carrots
- 12 c red wine
- rosemary
- 6 Tbsp butter melted
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 14 oz chicken broth
- 14 oz beef broth
- 1 Tbsp beef bouillon
Directions
- For Crock-Pot
- Arrange ribs in shallow microwave dish
- Salt pepper and rosemary each rib
- Cook on High for 5 minutes
- Drain fat
- Add ribs carrots celery and wine to crock-pot
- Stir together butter flour chicken broth beef broth and bouillon until smooth
- Add to the ribs in crock-pot and cook on high for 6 hours
