Savory Sirloin Steak
Ingredients
- 1 1 lb lean boneless beef sirloin steak 34 inch thick
- 14 tsp dried whole rosemary crushed or 34 tsp fresh rosemary minced
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine
- 1 Tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Trim fat from steak
- Combine rosemary and pepper sprinkle over steak
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray add margarine and place over medium heat until margarine melts
- Add steak and cook 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness
- Remove steak from skillet transfer to a serving platter and keep warm
- Combine yogurt mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan
- Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thoroughly heated do not boil
- Spoon sauce over warm steak Sprinkle with parsley
