Savory Sirloin Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 1 lb lean boneless beef sirloin steak 34 inch thick
  • 14 tsp dried whole rosemary crushed or 34 tsp fresh rosemary minced
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine
  • 1 Tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Trim fat from steak
  2. Combine rosemary and pepper sprinkle over steak
  3. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray add margarine and place over medium heat until margarine melts
  4. Add steak and cook 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness
  5. Remove steak from skillet transfer to a serving platter and keep warm
  6. Combine yogurt mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan
  7. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thoroughly heated do not boil
  8. Spoon sauce over warm steak Sprinkle with parsley
