Savory Skillet Meal

Ingredients

• 1 lb round steak
• 13 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 Tbsp cooking oil
• 4 medium potatoes sliced
• 1 large onion sliced
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Cut meat into serving pieces salt and dip in flour
2. Brown in skillet in hot oil
3. Place vegetables on top of meat
4. Add mushroom soup
5. Cover skillet turn heat to simmer when steam escapes freely
6. Simmer 50 minutes
