Savory Sunday Eggs

Ingredients

  • 14 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 12 c chopped onions
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 12 c milk
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • chopped chives

Directions

  1. Brown sausage drain
  2. Add onions cook until tender
  3. Add combined eggs milk and pepper
  4. Cook slowly stirring occasionally until eggs begin to set
  5. Add cream cheese continue cooking stirring occasionally until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set
  6. Sprinkle with chives
  7. Yields 6 servings
