Savory Sunday Eggs

Ingredients
- 14 lb bulk pork sausage
- 12 c chopped onions
- 8 eggs beaten
- 12 c milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 8 oz cream cheese cubed
- chopped chives
Directions
- Brown sausage drain
- Add onions cook until tender
- Add combined eggs milk and pepper
- Cook slowly stirring occasionally until eggs begin to set
- Add cream cheese continue cooking stirring occasionally until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set
- Sprinkle with chives
- Yields 6 servings
