Savory Tomato Mold

Ingredients

• 2 c cooked tomatoes
• 1 c diced celery
• 3 Tbsp green pepper
• 1 12 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 2 3 oz pkg lemon jello
• 1 c diced cucumbers
• 1 Tbsp onion
• 2 tsp horseradish

Directions

1. Heat tomatoes
2. Add gelatin stir until dissolved
3. Cool When tomatoes begin to congeal fold in vegetables and seasonings When mixture has slightly thickened fold in mayonnaise
4. Turn into mold chill until firm
