Savory Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Pillsbury creamy white sauce scalloped potatoes
• 18 tsp poultry seasoning
• 1 34 c boiling water
• 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 2 c cubed cooked turkey or chicken
• 1 c shredded carrots
• 12 c sliced celery
• 14 c finely chopped onion

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. In large bowl blend contents of sauce mix envelope and poultry seasoning
3. Stir in boiling water
4. Using wire whisk stir in soup
5. Add potato slices turkey
6. carrots celery and onion mix well
7. Spoon mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole
8. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender
9. Serves 6
