Savory Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pkg scalloped potato mix with onion flavor
• 12 tsp poultry seasoning if desired
• 2 c boiling water
• 10 34 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 2 c cubed cooked turkey or chicken
• 1 c shredded carrots
• 12 c chopped celery
• 14 c chopped onion

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375 In large bowl combine contents of seasoning packet poultry seasoning and water mix well
2. Add soup blend well Add potato slices turkey carrots celery and onion stirring until thoroughly combined Spoon mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender
