Savory Zucchini Squares
Ingredients
- 3 c thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
- 1 c Bisquick
- 12 c finely chopped onion
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 14 c oil
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan
- Bake about 25 minutes
- Serve warm
