Ingredients

  • 1 pt water
  • 11 oz plain corn meal
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil gradually mix meal with water
  2. Set in refrigerator for 20 minutes
  3. Deep fry at 350 for 5 minutes in skillet with 1-inch of fat
