Scalloped Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz pkg chopped broccoli cooked and drained
- 6 Tbsp plus 1 stick margarine
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 c milk
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 oz Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing
- 23 c water
Directions
- Put broccoli in 11 x 7-inch baking dish
- Melt 1 stick of margarine in saucepan
- Add flour and milk
- Cook until thick
- Add bouillon cubes
- Stir until dissolved
- Pour over broccoli and work through with a fork
- Mix 6 tablespoons melted margarine stuffing and water
- Spread over broccoli
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
