Scalloped Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz pkg chopped broccoli cooked and drained
  • 6 Tbsp plus 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 2 c milk
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 oz Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing
  • 23 c water

Directions

  1. Put broccoli in 11 x 7-inch baking dish
  2. Melt 1 stick of margarine in saucepan
  3. Add flour and milk
  4. Cook until thick
  5. Add bouillon cubes
  6. Stir until dissolved
  7. Pour over broccoli and work through with a fork
  8. Mix 6 tablespoons melted margarine stuffing and water
  9. Spread over broccoli
  10. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
