Scalloped Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage sliced
- salt
- 1 c milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 8 oz of cubed Velveeta cheese
- 3 Tbsp flour
- Bread crumbs
Directions
- Cook cabbage in salted water Mix next 5 ingredients for sauce Cook until thick on low heat stirring often Pour over cabbage in casserole dish top with bread crumbs and bake for 25 minutes at 350
