Scalloped Carrots

Ingredients
- 4 c sliced cooked carrots
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 c diced cheese
- 3 c croutons
- 12 c melted margarine
Directions
- Cook carrots in boiling salted water until crisp-tender
- Saute onion in margarine
- Combine with carrots soup salt pepper and cheese
- Put in baking dish
- Top with croutons tossed with margarine
- Bake at 350 for 12 hour
