Scalloped Carrots

Ingredients

  • 4 c sliced cooked carrots
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 12 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 12 c diced cheese
  • 3 c croutons
  • 12 c melted margarine

Directions

  1. Cook carrots in boiling salted water until crisp-tender
  2. Saute onion in margarine
  3. Combine with carrots soup salt pepper and cheese
  4. Put in baking dish
  5. Top with croutons tossed with margarine
  6. Bake at 350 for 12 hour
