Scalloped Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 c or more cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 c bread crumbs 4 slices
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c milk
- 12 c quick rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- potato chips
Directions
- Mix all except chips
- Let the mixture soak together for 10 minutes then press into 9 x 13-inch pan
- Top with crushed potato chips then bake at 350 for 40 minutes
