Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn do not drain
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 8 oz containers sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix the whole kernel corn cream-style corn corn bread mix and sour cream
  2. Mix well and then add eggs salt and pepper Bake in a casserole dish at 350
  3. Check with toothpick to see if done
  4. Bakes approximately in 25 to 30 minutes
