Scalloped Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine melted
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz can cream-style corn not drained
  • 8 oz can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 8 oz pkg corn muffin mix

Directions

  1. Melt margarine add to beaten eggs and remaining ingredients and mix well
  2. Place in a greased pan 7 x 11-inch and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350
  3. The casserole is ready to eat when brown on top and not soggy in the center
  4. Serves 10
