Scalloped Corn Supreme
Ingredients
- 1 1 lb 1 oz can cream-style corn
- 1 c milk
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 c cracker crumbs
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp chopped pimiento canned
- 34 tsp salt
- 12 c buttered cracker crumbs
Directions
- Heat milk and corn gradually
- Stir in egg
- Add next four ingredients and dash of pepper
- Mix well
- Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish
- Top with buttered crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Serves 6
