Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients
- 1 large can chunk pineapple drained save juice
- 1 c grated sharp cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 stick butter melted
Directions
- Toss drained pineapple and cheese together
- Combine sugar and flour and mix with pineapple juice pour over pineapple and cheese mixture
- Take 4 or 5 slices of white bread cut in cubes and butter well with melted butter
- Put bread mixture over pineapple Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown
