Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 or 10 boiled potatoes sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 can evaporated milk
- 1 can mushrooms
- 13 stick margarine
Directions
- Heat all ingredients except potatoes
- Layer potatoes in a casserole dish
- Pour heated mixture over the potatoes
- Cover with 8 ounces of shredded Cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350
