Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 or 10 boiled potatoes sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 13 stick margarine

Directions

  1. Heat all ingredients except potatoes
  2. Layer potatoes in a casserole dish
  3. Pour heated mixture over the potatoes
  4. Cover with 8 ounces of shredded Cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350
