Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 large onions sliced thinly into rings
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 6 pats butter
Directions
- Grease pan
- Preheat oven to 350
- Sprinkle flour in bottom of pan layer with onions
- Sprinkle with flour then add a layer of potatoes
- Continue layering until potatoes and onions fill pan
- Pour milk over entire contents then sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Arrange pats of butter on top
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes
- When potatoes are soft it is done
