Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 medium onion minced
- 3 Tbsp flour plain
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 12 c skim milk
- 4 medium potatoes sliced thin
Directions
- In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat cook onions in margarine until tender approximately 5 minutes
- Stir in flour salt and pepper until blended
- Gradually stir in skimmed milk Cook until mixture thickens stirring constantly
