Ingredients

  • 12 lb potatoes sliced paper thin about 1 12 c
  • 1 medium onion slivered 12 c
  • 1 Tbsp whole wheat or unbleached flour
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 c fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 c rich soy milk
  • a sprinkle of crumbled wheat
  • Nutrigrain cereal Kelloggs

Directions

  1. Set oven to 400
  2. Scrub potatoes and remove eyes or bad spots
  3. Slice paper thin a food processor does job quickly Oil-rub a 1-quart baking dish or 2 12-quart dishes
  4. Layer half the potatoes onions flour and salt in the dish
  5. Cover with all the peas and top with layers of remaining onions potatoes flour and salt in that order
