Scalloped Potatoes And Peas
Ingredients
- 12 lb potatoes sliced paper thin about 1 12 c
- 1 medium onion slivered 12 c
- 1 Tbsp whole wheat or unbleached flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c fresh or frozen peas
- 1 c rich soy milk
- a sprinkle of crumbled wheat
- Nutrigrain cereal Kelloggs
Directions
- Set oven to 400
- Scrub potatoes and remove eyes or bad spots
- Slice paper thin a food processor does job quickly Oil-rub a 1-quart baking dish or 2 12-quart dishes
- Layer half the potatoes onions flour and salt in the dish
- Cover with all the peas and top with layers of remaining onions potatoes flour and salt in that order
