Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 12 c milk
- 6 medium potatoes sliced
- chopped onion
Directions
- Season pork chops and brown
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add flour and mix well
- Slowly add milk
- Cook until thick stirring constantly
- Alternately place potatoes onions pork chops and cream sauce in greased casserole
- Cover
- Bake 1 12 hours at 350 for 1 hour
- Uncover last 15 minutes
- Serves 6
