Scalloped Potatoes Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 large potatoes
- 10 oz can cream of celery soup
- 4 12 oz milk
- 1large onion sliced
- 8 oz Cheddar or American cheese shredded
- 4 Tbsp oleo
- salt and pepper
- 2 to 3 c diced ham optional
Directions
- Slice peeled potatoes
- Mix all ingredients together and bake in oven for 1 12 hours at 350
- Can also bake in microwave for 45 minutes on Medium setting
