Scalloped Potatoes With Salami Slices

Ingredients
- 14 c butter
- 14 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 3 c milk
- 4 c thinly sliced raw potatoes
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 12 lb thinly sliced salami quartered or cut into strips
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan over low heat
- Blend in flour and seasonings
- Add milk stirring constantly
- Cook until sauce is smooth and thickened
- Arrange alternate layers of potatoes onion and salami in a buttered 2-quart casserole covering each layer of potatoes and meat with hot sauce
