Scallops Shrimp And Snow Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 lb scallops
  • 12 lb snow peas
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 14 tsp ground ginger
  • black pepper
  • a bit of minced garlic
  • 12 red bell pepper chopped
  • cornstarch
  • dash of cayenne
  • hot cooked rice

Directions

  1. Saute shrimp and scallops in small batches in a wok until done shrimp first then scallops scallops take a few minutes to cook
  2. Set aside in dish keeping warm
  3. Put a bit more oil in wok
  4. Quickly saute garlic green onions and peppers then add snow peas and continue sauteing
  5. Saute until peas are bright green and are cooked yet crunchy
  6. Add scallops and shrimp
  7. Add broth soy sauce and spices
  8. Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch and water 12 cup water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  9. Cook for about 7 minutes
  10. Serve over rice
