Scallops With SherryServes 4

Ingredients

  • 12 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 12 lb fresh scallops
  • 34 c butter
  • 6 to 8 Tbsp sherry

Directions

  1. Combine flour salt pepper and paprika
  2. Coat scallops with flour mixture
  3. Melt butter in a large frying pan
  4. Brown scallops on both sides
  5. Add sherry and simmer until tender approximately 15 minutes
  6. Serve over rice
