Ingredients
- 34 c unsalted butter or margarine
- 14 c chopped onions
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves chopped
- parsley
- 1 lb uncooked shrimp
- 14 c Gallo Blush Chablis
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Melt butter in a medium skillet over low heat
- Add onion garlic and parsley
- Saute until golden about 10 minutes
- Add shrimp and stir until pink
- Remove shrimp and place in ovenproof dish
- Cover and keep warm
- Add wine and lemon juice to skillet Simmer about 2 to 3 minutes
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Pour over shrimp
- Serve over rice
- Serves 4
