Scandanavian Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small jar pimento chopped
- 1 can green peas drained
- 1 can French-style green beans drained
- 4 small carrots sliced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 2 c celery chopped
- 2 purple onions chopped
- 12 c salad oil
- 1 c vinegar
- 34 c sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine first seven ingredients in bowl
- Combine remaining ingredients to make dressing
- Pour dressing over vegetables Refrigerate 24 hours
- Drain before serving
