Scandinavian Cucumbers

Ingredients

• 12 c sour cream
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp snipped parsley
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 12 tsp dried dill weed
• 3 thinly sliced small cucumbers with skin on

Directions

1. Stir together sour cream sugar parsley vinegar onion and dill
2. Fold in cucumbers cover and chill for 2 hours
