Scandinavian Fish Dinner

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes quartered
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen sole fillets thawed
- 1 17 oz can peas
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 12 c milk
- 2 tsp dill weed
Directions
- About 1 hour before serving in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat in 1-inch of boiling water heat potatoes to boiling
- Cover and cook 20 minutes or until tender drain
