Schaum Torte

Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp vinegar or cream of tartar
Directions
- Beat egg whites until very stiff
- Gradually add sugar vanilla and vinegar
- Keep beating until no longer grainy
- Pour into ungreased pan of choice spring-form Bundt
- Bake at 275 to 300 for about 40 minutes
- Cool and serve with whipped cream and fresh fruit
