Schaum Torte

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp vinegar or cream of tartar

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites until very stiff
  2. Gradually add sugar vanilla and vinegar
  3. Keep beating until no longer grainy
  4. Pour into ungreased pan of choice spring-form Bundt
  5. Bake at 275 to 300 for about 40 minutes
  6. Cool and serve with whipped cream and fresh fruit
