Schnitzel

Ingredients
- 4 top loin chops boneless
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Season-All
- 12 c Crisco
Directions
- Beat each chop with meat beater until about 14-inch thick Add Season-All
- Beat eggs with fork on a flat plate
- Put breadcrumbs on another plate
- Put seasoned chops first in eggs to coat on both sides and then in breadcrumbs
- Put breaded chops in medium hot grease in frying pan and brown both sides for 5 to 7 minutes turning each chop only once
