School Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c shortening
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c lukewarm water
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 6 c plain flour unsifted
- 12 c sugar
- 1 c boiling water
Directions
- In large bowl pour boiling water over shortening sugar and salt
- Blend and cool
- Sprinkle yeast into lukewarm water and stir until dissolved
- Combine with beaten eggs add to sugar salt and shortening
- Add flour all at once and blend well
- Stir until you cannot stir any longer Cover and place in refrigerator
