Scones From London England

Ingredients
- 2 c sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 13 c unsalted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 34 c milk
- 13 c raisins dates or cherries
Directions
- Mix dough
- Place on floured surface and knead
- Cut in half Cut each into 8 pie-shaped pieces
- Place half cuts on cookie sheet before cutting into 8 pieces
- Bake for 12 minutes at 425
