Scotch Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 2 sticks oleo
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 c water
• 2 eggs beaten
• 12 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Into large mixing bowl put 2 cups sugar and 2 cups flour
2. In a saucepan put oleo water and cocoa bring to a boil
3. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well
4. Add eggs and buttermilk to which soda has been added
5. Add vanilla and mix well
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in large pan cookie sheet size
7. Ice while cake is still hot
