Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz bag chocolate chips 1 c
  • 1 6 oz bag butterscotch chips 1 c
  • 4 12 oz cashews
  • 1 3 oz can chow mein noodles
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 3 green onions diced
  • 6 leafy stems fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 to 2 jalapenos diced if you like it mild only 1
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. On high heat place tomatoes and jalapenos directly on stovetop until slightly roasted
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Peel and slice Combine with avocados garlic onions cilantro garlic salt and pepper into a food processor
  4. On low speed blend ingredients until they appear blended into a lumpy texture not creamy
  5. I prefer to hand mix in a mocahete which adds just the right authentic flavor
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping on your favorite Mexican dish
