Scotch Raisin Bread

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c sour milk or buttermilk
- 23 c dark molasses
- 3 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 c uncooked oatmeal regular or quick type
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 12 c raisins
Directions
- Beat eggs until light
- Add sugar gradually while beating stir in milk and molasses
- Beat well
- Sift dry ingredients except oatmeal and nuts together
