Scotch Toffee BarsMicrowave
Ingredients
- 12 c margarine melted
- 2 c quick rolled oats
- 12 c brown sugar
- 14 c corn syrup
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 12 tsp salt
- 6 oz pkg chocolate morsels
- 14 c nuts
Directions
- Combine butter oats brown sugar corn syrup vanilla and salt in 2-quart dish
- Press firmly in bottom
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes on Full power or until bubbling all over
- Top with chips and heat 1 minute or until melted
- Spread evenly over crust and chill
- Cut into squares
- Store in airtight containers
