Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 12 c granulated sugar replacement
- 14 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp shortening melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 c oatmeal
Directions
- Beat eggs
- Add sugar replacement gradually and beat well Add salt shortening vanilla and oatmeal
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 325 for 17 to 25 minutes Remove from pan while still warm
- Makes 106 cookies
- Four cookies equals 40 calories
