Ingredients

  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 12 c granulated sugar replacement
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp shortening melted
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 c oatmeal

Directions

  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add sugar replacement gradually and beat well Add salt shortening vanilla and oatmeal
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
  4. Bake at 325 for 17 to 25 minutes Remove from pan while still warm
  5. Makes 106 cookies
  6. Four cookies equals 40 calories
