Scrambled Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 13 c milk
  • 14 lb mild or sharp Cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl with a wire whisk or fork beat eggs until frothy
  2. Stir in milk mix well
  3. Add cheese
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Pour into buttered 2-quart baking dish
  6. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes
  7. Serves immediately
