Scrambled Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 doz eggs
  • 12 c milk
  • 14 lb margarine
  • 12 lb bacon fried and crumbled
  • 12 c green pepper
  • 12 c onion
  • 2 small cans mushrooms drained
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 lb grated cheese

Directions

  1. Scramble eggs in butter until fluffy
  2. Place in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish
  3. Add bacon pepper onion mushrooms and soup Top with grated cheese
  4. Refrigerate overnight
  5. Bake at 250 for 1 hour
  6. Serves 12
