Scrambled Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 doz eggs
- 12 c milk
- 14 lb margarine
- 12 lb bacon fried and crumbled
- 12 c green pepper
- 12 c onion
- 2 small cans mushrooms drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 12 lb grated cheese
Directions
- Scramble eggs in butter until fluffy
- Place in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish
- Add bacon pepper onion mushrooms and soup Top with grated cheese
- Refrigerate overnight
- Bake at 250 for 1 hour
- Serves 12
