Scrambled EggsMicrowave

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in microproof bowl on High for 30 to 45 seconds Add eggs milk salt and pepper stir
- Microwave on High 1 14 to 1 34 minutes or until eggs start to set
- Stir eggs after 12 time
- Remove eggs while they are still soft and moist
- Let stand 2 minutes
- Eggs will firm up during standing time
- If desired add cheese
