Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Melt butter in microproof bowl on High for 30 to 45 seconds Add eggs milk salt and pepper stir
  2. Microwave on High 1 14 to 1 34 minutes or until eggs start to set
  3. Stir eggs after 12 time
  4. Remove eggs while they are still soft and moist
  5. Let stand 2 minutes
  6. Eggs will firm up during standing time
  7. If desired add cheese
