Scrambled Tots

Ingredients

• Tater Tots
• eggs
• salt
• pepper
• oregano

Directions

1. In a large frypan put layer of Tater Tots to cover skillet Cook Tater Tots until just about done
2. Mash Tater Tots flat with a spatula
3. Break open about 4 or 5 eggs over the top of Tater Tots
4. Mix eggs in with Tater Tots Season to taste
