Screwball Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 13 c cocoa
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 13 c oil
• 1 c cold water

Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients
2. Mix together oil vanilla vinegar and cold water
3. Add all at once to dry ingredients and blend together well
4. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes in an 8 x 8-inch cake pan or make 1 12 dozen cupcakes
5. Serves 9
