Scrumptious Caramel Squares
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz pkg caramels
- 13 c milk
- 2 c Bisquick
- 2 c quick cooking oats
- 1 12 c packed brown sugar
- 12 c margarine melted
- 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Melt caramels and milk over low heat
- Mix Bisquick oats and brown sugar
- Stir in melted margarine until crumbly
- Press half of the mixture in ungreased rectangular pan Bake 10 minutes
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts Sprinkle remaining crumbly mixture over chips nuts and caramel mixture
- Press lightly
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until light golden brown
- Cut in squares
