Seafoam Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 12 tsp cream of tartar
- 34 c sugar
- 2 small pkg chocolate chips
- 1 c nuts
Directions
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff
- Gradually add sugar and beat for 1 minute
- Fold in chips and nuts
- Drop from teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 275 for about 30 minutes or until browned
- Makes 2 12 dozen
