Seafoam Frosting
Ingredients
- 3 c light brown sugar
- 1 c boiling water
- 2 egg whites
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cook sugar and water until it spins a thread
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar
- Pour syrup over egg whites add vanilla and beat until it will stand in patties
