Seafoam Salad

Ingredients

• 1 small lime jello
• 1 large cream cheese
• 1 large c crushed pineapple
• 12 c pecans chopped
• whipping cream

Directions

1. Make jello with 1 cup of water let cool
2. Cream the cream cheese and add jello
3. Add pineapple and nuts
4. Fold in whipped cream
5. Refrigerate
6. I use a ring mold
7. Serves 10 to 12
